How to Choose the Right Airport Meet & Assist Package

Standard, Premium or VIP: compare the airport support you need based on your journey, party and connection rather than the package name alone.
The right meet & assist package depends on where you need help and how much support the journey requires. A straightforward arrival, a family departure and a tight connection do not need the same plan.
Airport Prime publishes three reference package levels: Standard from USD 40, Premium from USD 55 and VIP from USD 225. Availability and the exact service are confirmed for the airport and flight.
Start with the journey type
Say whether the service is for arrival, departure or transit. For transit, include both flight numbers and the connection time. For departure, include the airline, terminal and any mobility or luggage concerns.
This lets the team check the service against the actual airport journey instead of relying only on a package label.
Match support to the traveller
Standard suits travellers who mainly want a clear welcome and guidance. Premium is for those who want more hands-on support through the formalities. VIP is the highest-touch option for journeys where privacy, coordination and a more complete airport experience matter.
Families, older travellers, first-time visitors and passengers with tight connections should describe their needs so the recommendation is based on the party, not assumptions.
Know what must still be confirmed
Fast-track access and meeting points depend on airport rules and availability. Lounge access is not automatically the same as meet & assist and should be requested separately if it matters to your journey.
The written confirmation should state the package, airport, journey type, meeting point and final price before you travel.
