Using this website and requesting a service
Please read these terms before submitting a request. They explain what a request means and what you can expect from us.
Use of this website
This website presents the services Airport Prime offers in Dubai and Egypt and allows you to send us a request. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or access areas that are not intended for you.
Booking requests
The booking form sends us a request for a service. It does not create a booking, reserve capacity or oblige either side to proceed. When you submit a request you receive a reference number so both of us can refer to it.
Service confirmation
A service is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you directly, after checking availability at the airport, terminal or destination and agreeing the details and price with you. Until then your request remains a request. A reference number is not a confirmation.
Information you provide
Airport assistance depends on accurate details. You are responsible for the names, contact details, dates, flight numbers and travel documents you give us. We cannot be responsible for a service that could not be delivered because the information supplied was incorrect, incomplete or provided too late.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel a request at any time before it is confirmed by contacting us with your reference number. Once a service is confirmed, any change or cancellation terms — including anything applied by an airport, terminal or transport partner — will be explained to you at the time of confirmation.
Third-party service providers
Some parts of a service are delivered with airports, terminal operators, chauffeurs and other partners. We select them carefully and coordinate on your behalf, but their own operating rules and timings apply, and circumstances outside our control — such as flight changes, traffic, weather or airport procedures — can affect delivery.
Visa assistance
Our Dubai visa service is an assistance and application-support service. We are not an immigration authority and we do not issue visas. Approval, rejection, processing time and any government fee are decided solely by the relevant authorities, and we cannot guarantee an outcome. Visa rules can change without notice.
Information on this website
Service descriptions, destination pages and journal articles are provided for general guidance and were accurate as far as we knew when published. They are not a substitute for official airline, airport or government information, and they do not form part of any agreement between us. The Airport Prime name, logo and site content remain ours.
Liability
We take reasonable care in coordinating every service we confirm. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed connections, lost earnings or non-refundable travel costs, or for delays and failures caused by third parties or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
The governing jurisdiction has not been confirmed yet. Airport Prime will state it here before launch; until then, no jurisdiction is claimed.
